The Dave Fleetwood Memorial Scholarship Fund was created the Friends of the West End Park and Open Space Commission (WEPOSC) as one of the original funds of the CFMC.  The Dave Fleetwood Memorial Scholarship was established by his family and friends after his life was tragically taken in 2013.  The Friends of WEPOSC raised money and administered the scholarship until 2023.  Dave Fleetwood was a dedicated Ross Township Supervisor and volunteer, a lover of baseball and a supporter of local parks and the outdoors.  Community was so special to him and in turn, he was special to the community. 

 The Dave Fleetwood Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to support two (2) Pleasant Valley High School graduating seniors who have participated in athletics, been involved in community service, and have a love for the outdoors.
