This fund was established to support the operation of the Justin’s Recovery House in Tobyhanna, PA to empower sustained recovery and transition for individuals with substance use disorder.  Justin’s House was the first PA state-licensed recovery house in the state.   The 8-bed house offers a structured environment for men who are coming out of jails, institutions, and private residences to transition back into productive members of society.
