This fund was established to support a new East Stroudsburg Area High Schools Rise and Shine Scholarship fund, and events and activities that create positive experiences and community-building opportunities for East Stroudsburg Area School District faculty and staff.  The fund will be supported primarily by an annual event, donations, and other fundraisers.
